At Thompson's, Golden Green. Mr. F.W.E. Shrivell finds on his farm numerous flint spear points, barbed arrow heads and other Neolithic weapons "indicating the proximity of a pre-Roman settlement". (1) Mr. F.W. Shrivell, the son, has now left the district, and cannot now be contacted. (2) The present location of these implements was not ascertained. Mr. L.R.A. Grove, Curator of Maidstone Museum has no knowledge of them.(3)
