Summary

The remains of a possible fish trap on the eastern side of Hoo Flats. A very slight circular bank on the foreshore visible as an area of shingle fringed by weed was noted in 2004. Identified during an assessment of the north Kent coast by Wessex Archaeology in 2001 and again in 2004.

Very slight circular bank on the foreshore -possibly a fish trap (1). Area of shingle fringed by weed was noted in 2004, although no definite fish trap structure was identified. (2)
