Structure contains numerous large stones. Possibly some type of mooring, maybe a pontoon. Two converging exposed timber rows containing truncated circular wooden containers which reduce in size as the structure narrows, are possibly barrels. Some iron containers are also present within the structures. Irregular iron support to wood at its wider extremity. A structure similar to this lies further inshore, see record TQ 87 SE 1249. (1)
