Concrete gun emplacement comprising two circular structures with entrances on the landward side. Other concrete structures lie nearby.(1)

One of two double concrete machine gun emplacements,(with possibly TQ 87 SE 1239) built to defend South Boom Battery (TQ 87 SE 1141). The emplacements consited of a pair of joined concrete drums. This is the only one which remains intact.(2)
