Predominantly wooden framed landing stage comprising rounded and squared stakes and posts, with rounded tie-beams within which roughly-hewn chalk blocks have been packed (Although they are loose now). The chalk forms a platform upon which barges may berth at low water for the loading and unloading of cargo. This wharf must be associated with the adjacent building. (1)
