Partly collapsed concrete battery, with steel fittings. Power cables visible leading from the west turning inshore possibly to nearby building. (1)

This is the remains of one of three Defence Electric Light (DEL) emplacements, along with TQ 87 SE 1199 & 1200, which were part of South Boom Battery (TQ 87 SE 1141).(2)
