Herne Bay, Hampton - Palaeolithic handaxe (British Mousterian period, of bout coupe form), no info on provenance or circumstances of recovery. Found by TH Powell and seen in British Museum collection by Roe (1, 2), then recorded by Tyldesley (3) and included within the Southern Rivers Project (4, 5).
