Middle Stoke station is visible on the 2nd edition Ordnance Survey map (c.1891-1898), and marked as 'Middle Stoke Halt' on the the 3rd edition map (c.1905-1922). Now services the mineral railway.

From The National Monuments Record:
Approximate site of railway station on the Hundred of Hoo Line, opened in 1882, closed 1961. (1)

Middle Stoke Halt is mentioned in the English Heritage Historic Area Assessment for Stoke Parish. It notes that while the line remains open, almost no trace remains of Middle Stoke Halt, opened in 1906. (2)
