High Halstow Halt is marked on the 2nd to 4th edition Ordnance survey maps (c.1891-1940). Station is still present at Wyebourne Cottages.

From The National Monuments Record:

Approximate site of halt on the Hoo Hundred Line, built in 1882, closed 1961. (1)

The halt created next to Wybournes Farm is mentioned in the English Heritage Historic Area Assessment for High Halstow Parish, part of the wider Hoo Peninsula study. The report mentions that the halt was built in 1906 to serve High Halstow village. (2)
