[TR 36946478]. Late Celtic potsherds and Roman C1st AD coins and pottery found 1922. (1) These finds were made within a sports field, but the groundsman knew nothing of them, nor of subsequent finds. They are not in any of the local museums. (2) TR 369647. Romano-British remains. Site no 178. (3) TR 369647. A grave containing sherds of Roman pottery and fragments of a large bucket shaped vessel were found in the last century. (4)
