An Anglo Saxon bone comb in Dover Museum was found in Cannon Street (centred TR 319415) Dover, in 1880 on the premises of Sir R Dickeson. (1) The comb is not held by Dover Museum. It was probably lost when the museum was partly destroyed during the last war. No further information regarding circumstances of discovery has been found during fieldwork. (2-3)
