A Thames pick, five and a half inches long, was found on 5th March 1952, by Mr. J. Yorke-Robinson, owner of Cliff Pavilion Camp Site, Glenbervie Drive, Beltinge, Herne Bay, who retains it. It was discovered beside the second groyne on the beach to the east of Bishopstone Haven at TR 20776879 and had probably fallen from the cliff (1) .
