A Late Bronze Age Ewart Park-type bronze sword from Whitstable is in Maidstone Museum, having been purchased at Sotheby's in 1963. Formerly part of the collection of Dr HA Fawcett, no details of its discovery and subsequent history are known.

The late Bronze Age sword from Whitstable, formerly in the collection of Dr. H. A. Fawcett, was purchased at Sotheby's for Maidstone Museum 22.7.63 (1). No details of the history of this sword are known (2). The sword is a Ewart Park type sword of Late Bronze Age date. Complete except for the top part of the hilt, it is very worn in appearance.
