(TR 14975763. Sited from authority 2 map 3). Ro build, Sax huts. In Simon Langton School Yard six fifth century Saxon huts were found in the ruins of a Roman house and courtyard close to the Roman Street.(1) Part of a tessellated pavement with brick tesserae together with broken hypocaust tiles were observed in 1886 near the centre of the school playground.
