A short length of earthwork bank and ditch on the south east side of Goodnestone Park, between Middle Park Wood and South Park Wood is a former ha-ha. The ditch is 3-4m wide and 1-1.5m deep. It is described as the 'Winter View' and probably dates from the 18th century (1).
