A bank with a ditch that forms the north west boundary of Goodnestone Park. It is also the boundary between the parishes of Goodnestone and Wingham. A walk was created along the bank and the name probably derives from the sinuous path this took.

A bank with a ditch that forms the north west boundary of Goodnestone Park. It is also the boundary between the parishes of Goodnestone and Wingham, these parishes were divided in 1284. A walk was created along the bank and the name probably derives from the sinuous path this took (1).
