Where the anti-tank stopline which ran through Capel-le-Ferne crossed the New Dover Road there was a probable moveable roadblock. Immediately to the east of the anti-tank line there is an area of disturbance visible on aerial photographs of 1946 on the road itself (Photo Ref: 106g 30th April 1946 3436 and 4435). There were also clusters of anti-tank pimples either side of the road in front of the anti-tank ditch. There is a possible emplacement visible on these photos to the north of New Dover Road to the west of the anti-tank ditch. No apparent trace visible on modern images but site not visited.
