Second World War road block south of Chalk Church on the Rochester Road, Chalk, near Gravesend. It formed part of the anti-invasion defences. Details of form, date of origin and of removal are not known. There would have been moveable elements which may be represented in the presence of concrete buoys in the hedgerow on the south side of the Rochester Road, nearby.
