A tower mill built in 1835. It was used for milling flour as well as hog corn grist. The mill contained three pairs of stonesand was built of rendered brick. Work ceased in 1917 due to the effects of the Great War

[TQ 9164 6145] Windmill [NAT] (disused) [NAT] (1) Windmill, Grade III, Rodmersham Green. Built in 1835. (For full description see list.) (2) A windmill at Rodmersham Green was demolished in September 1969 (3)(4)despite efforts by local people to save it. The mill (see Illustration Card for photo) dated from 1836 (3). (3)(4)
