The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5273 BRIDGE HIGH STREET (south-west side)
No 82 (Riverdale House) TR 1854 19/179
2. C18 house of two storeys, rendered, with hipped tile roof. Three windows, slightly segmental arches, centre blocked. Ground floor has canted bay of three lights, hung sashes with glazing bars, and early C20 canted double shop front and door.
