[Area TQ 592 574] sited from plan, scale 1 inch = 1 mile. A cinerary urn, filled with burnt bone and ashes and with a samian patera reversed over the mouth, was found near Ightham Court Lodge. (1) No further information was gained on this cremation, and although V.C.H. (a) says the pottery is in Maidstone Museum it could not be traced there. (2)
