In 1952 two Neolithic flint scrapers were found by Mrs H. A. Haines when a rockery was constructed at the "Byeways", Lancet Lane, Loose, at TQ 7622 5280. They are now in store in Maidstone Museum (Acc. No. 28.1952). (1)
