In Store in Maidstone Museum (Accession No. 68/1959) is a small flint Thames pick found by Mr. L.R.A. Grove, Curator, in 1959 at TQ 75405830. The pick had been turned up by a bulldozer during work connected with the construction of the Maidston by-pass. (1)
