DATED 1879 ON RAIN WATERHEAD TO THE CENTRE, WHICH IS A FEATURE OF THE BUILDING BEING IN THE FORM OF A DRAGON. 2 STOREYS, THE 1ST FLOOR TILE HUNG, 2 GABLES WITH CARVED BARGEBOARDS AND HALF-TIMBERED ORNAMENT. THE GROUND FLOOR IN BRICK.. 1 WINDOW OF 2 LIGHTS ABOVE 1 OF 3 LIGHTS, SEGMENTAL HEADS. TO THE SIDES, CONICAL CAPS TO SECTIONS IN ANGLES, WELSH SLATES WITH FINIALS 1 WINDOW ABOVE ROUND-HEADED DOOR. RIGHT TILES, TALL PANELLED STACKS.
