Pillbox of the common Dover type- square with overhanging roof and two embrasures per side. C. 1940. Built of brick-shuttred concrete and in fair condition. On the hillside above David's Avenue. (1)

Square pillbox approx 16ft square with overhanging roof slab. Brick-shuttered, 2ft thick walls and 2 embrasures per wall. The type seems to be peculiar to Dover.
