Seal, Bitchet: four Palaeolithic handaxes from unlocated site named as "East Bitchet", first reported in the late 19th century by Spurrell (1), then recorded by Roe in the 1960s (2) - held in British Museum. Finds from Seal, in the field to east of Lower Bitchet may equate with this locality - see KHCP3_M_28
