Material (included 13 handaxes, several flakes, several flake-tools and a Levallois flake) in various museums documented by Roe (1). Three pieces in the British Museum's Wellcome Collection were examined in 2005 for the Medway Valley Palaeolithic Project (comprising a sub-cordate handaxe, a globular core, and a flake, the former two marked as found 1938 and 1937 respectively) - all were in mod. abraded condition (2).
